Alpokami OÜ e-shop alpokami.com (hereinafter e-shop) only for business customers

Alpokami OÜ, Seminari 19, Rakvere, 44316 Estonia, REG no 16220494,
VAT No EE102368103 (hereinafter the service provider) and the customer who places an order in the Alpokami OÜ alpokami.com e-store and identifies himself by entering his personal and company data as an authorized representative ( hereinafter the service user), entered into this e-store agreement (hereinafter the Agreement).

1.E-shop
1.1.
The e-shop is an online environment created by Alpokami OÜ, through which products are sold to the Service user.

2. General settings
2.1.
The parties to the contract are guided by the Law of Obligations Act and other laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Estonia, as well as what is agreed in the e-shop contract, when regulating their relations.

2.2.
The service provider has the right to make changes to the offered e-shop service at any time.

2.3.
The service provider has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the user agreement without being obliged to notify the Service user in writing by e-mail..

3. Making purchases
3.1.
The availability of the products is displayed in the E-shop and you can only buy the products in stock. The availability of the products displayed in the e-shop may change depending on the delivery conditions.

3.2.
Products not currently in stock are automatically ordered by the service provider.

3.3.
The products offered in the e-shop are sold to both natural and legal persons.

3.4
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. The required data fields must be filled in to complete the order. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

3.5.
Payments are handled by Montonio Finance. Payment takes place outside the e-shop in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and with a credit card payment in the secure environment of Montonio Finance. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the e-store. The owner of the e-store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance. If the ordered goods are not available possible to deliver due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 30 days of sending the notice.

3.6.
The user of the service undertakes to provide true data when completing the order, which is necessary to fulfill the order. The Service Provider is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of the order due to incorrect data provided by the Service User or for any resulting consequences.

3.7.
The sale takes place when the Service user has placed an order in the e-shop and has paid for the order paid.

4. Prices
4.1.
All net prices displayed in the e-shop are in euros. Parcel service, VAT and charge for delivery of goods. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location, the method of delivery, the amount of the purchase, the quantities and the type of goods (goods with EXW marking will be sent only by written agreement with the sales department of the e-shop or after a separate transport invoice payment). 4.2.
The service provider has the right to change the prices displayed in the e-shop at any time. If the e-shop has been changed prices after the Service user submits an order and pays for it, then the Service provider undertakes to deliver the corresponding products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order. The service user / buyer does not have the right to demand compensation for the price difference.

5. Delivery time and conditions
5.1.
The goods are delivered to the service user via parcel machines (Itella, Dpd, Omniva), by courier / transport or the service user comes to pick up the goods himself (EXW) after paying a separate transport invoice or by written agreement with the sales department of the e-shop – sales (at) alpokami.com. Goods are sent to EU countries and other countries only by written agreement with the sales department of the e-shop – sales (at) alpokami.com.

5.2.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method..

5.3.
The goods are delivered on the first day of the service provider’s stock preferably after payment, but no later than 30 days. In exceptional cases, the right is a commodity delivered within up to 120 calendar days.

5.4.
The e-shop is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the delay in the delivery of the goods is due to circumstances that the e-shop could not influence or foresee.

6. Procedure for submitting claims

The registered data includes information about the service user’s order: authorized representative’s last name, first name(s), company business name, registry code, valid VAT registration number, delivery and legal address (including street, house, apartment number, settlement or city, postal code), telephone number, e-mail address, delivery method, payment method used, acceptance of the e-shop contract, acceptance of sending sales offers, as free text entered notes.

6.8.

Personal data of the service user, which are necessary for the delivery of goods to the service user, is transmitted to the company providing the service in the minimum necessary amount.

The service provider undertakes not to forward registered personal data to third parties.

6.12.
The service provider has the right to transfer personal data concerning the service user to persons who has a legal right to do so, and who processes data to fulfill an obligation prescribed by law and to persons who have a legal right to do so, and if it is done to protect the life, health or freedom of the service user or another person.

6.13.
The user of the service has the right to check the personal data concerning him, as well as to change them or ask to remove his personal data from the register.

7. Compliance

7.3.
The user of the service is responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of the software, data communication systems of all devices that require use, as well as other e-store costs. for expenses caused by the use of the service.

7.4.
The user of the service is fully responsible for damages to the service provider, others, caused by the use of the e-store contrary to the terms of the e-store contract and contrary to the law or good practices. service users or third parties.

8. Disagreements
8.1.
Disagreements between the service user and the service provider arise from the e-store contract will be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in Harju County Court.

9. Terms of use
9.1.
